Custom Home Awards is a North America–wide program honouring the builders behind exceptional custom homes.
Submit
Builders create a profile and upload a completed custom home with photography, specs and the story behind the build.
Review
Each entry is screened for eligibility, then scored by an independent panel on design, craftsmanship, innovation and execution.
Nominate
The highest scoring entries in each category are named nominees, then shortlisted as finalists.
Award
Winners are announced each season, featured across the showcase, and receive the Custom Home Awards seal.

Where your build competes
Entries are judged within their category so a 2,000 sq ft craftsman is never measured against a 12,000 sq ft estate.
